About the products

What is Liquid Gold Amazônia?
Liquid Gold Amazônia is our signature blend: a single bottle that combines seven Amazonian super plant oils (Brazil nut, patauá, babassu, cupuaçu, tucumã, passion fruit, and annatto) in a multifunctional formula for face, body, and hair. No bases, no pre-made carriers — just pure oils combined through green biotechnology.
Is it suitable for all skin types?
Yes. The combination of lightweight and rich oils benefits everything from oily skin (which benefits from the natural balancing properties of tucumã and passion fruit) to mature and dry skin (cupuaçu, patauá, and Brazil nut provide density and firmness). For highly reactive skin, we recommend performing a patch test on the inner arm before use.
Can I use it on my face, body, and hair at the same time?
That is exactly how Liquid Gold was designed — a single product for a complete ritual. The proportions of each oil were carefully balanced so that the texture is light enough for the face while remaining nourishing enough for the hair.
Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?
All QURI products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without animal-derived ingredients. We maintain cruelty-free practices throughout our entire supply chain, including laboratory partners.
What is the difference between the 9ml and 30ml sizes?
Only the size — the formula is exactly the same. The 9ml version is our travel size, ideal for trying the product or taking it on trips. The 30ml version is the signature format, offering approximately three months of daily use.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and American Express), Pix, and bank slips. All transactions are processed in a certified and encrypted environment.
Do you offer a discount for Pix payments?
Yes. Payments made via Pix receive an automatic 10% discount at checkout, applied to the total order value.
Can I pay in installments? How many?
We offer up to 3 interest-free installments on credit cards. From 4 to 6 installments, additional fees apply according to the schedule displayed on the product page and at checkout.
How can I track my order?
After payment confirmation, you will receive an email with your tracking code. You can also track everything through your QURI account under “My Orders.”

Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time?
Delivery times range from 2 to 9 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Major cities in Southeast Brazil receive orders within up to 4 business days; other regions typically take between 5 and 9 business days.
At what amount do I qualify for free shipping?
Orders above R$300 qualify for free shipping throughout Brazil via PAC. SEDEX is always available as a paid shipping option at checkout.
Do you ship outside Brazil?
We are currently in a pilot phase for international shipping to Portugal, the United States, and selected Latin American countries. Please contact us via WhatsApp to check availability in your country.

Exchanges & Returns

How does the exchange policy work?
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return, in accordance with Brazilian Consumer Protection Law. The product must remain sealed and in its original packaging.
What if the product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the item before opening it and send the images to us via WhatsApp within 48 hours. We will provide an immediate replacement at no additional cost.
What is the deadline for requesting an exchange?
7 calendar days from receipt. After this period, you may still request technical support or usage guidance, but exchanges will be subject to individual evaluation.

The Brand

Where are the products manufactured?
All QURI products are developed and bottled in Belém do Pará, Brazil, in a certified laboratory and in direct partnership with founder Daniela Cunha, the pharmacist responsible for the formulations.
Are the ingredients traceable?
Yes. Every batch has complete traceability, including the sourcing community, region, harvest month, and quality parameters. Soon, this information will also be available through a QR code on the label.
How does QURI support Amazonian communities?
We work with 12 extractive communities in Pará and Amazonas through multi-year contracts, offering above-market compensation, long-term commitments, and investments in local collection and storage infrastructure.
