Shipping Methods
Our shipments are made via freight carrier and Correios (Brazilian Postal Service), using PAC and SEDEX modalities, as selected by the customer at checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to anywhere in Brazil on orders over R$ 300.00 (via PAC or SEDEX, subject to availability in your region).

Delivery Times
After payment confirmation and order approval, our team has up to 1 business day to prepare and dispatch your order.
Delivery time begins from the date the order is posted at the Correios branch. Estimated times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
IMPORTANT: Delays caused by external factors (logistics limitations, strikes, weather events, etc.) may occur. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or through QURI's customer service channels.
Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, Correios will make 2 (two) additional attempts, with up to 48 business hours between each.
After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to our logistics center. The customer must contact us within 30 days to redirect the shipment or clarify any address discrepancies. If no contact is made within this period, the order will be cancelled and the amount refunded.
Address Responsibility
QURI is committed to delivering to the address provided by the customer at registration. We are not responsible for errors, incomplete addresses, or omitted information provided by the customer.
Delivery may be accepted by any person present at the indicated address, such as doormen, receptionists, or family members.
